Elizabeth Jane Hurley, an English model and actor who became famous in the 1990s for being Hugh Grant's lover, was a former English model. In the 1990s, when Grant's film Four Weddings and a Funeral gained international recognition, Hurley accompanied Grant to its Los Angeles premiere wearing a black Versace gown that featured gold safety-pins. This dress received instant media attention. Hurley's partnership together with Estee Lauder, a cosmetics producer, is regarded as the top of her professional life. Hurley was recruited by the company as their first model in the age of at the age of 29. Since 1995, she has been employed as a face for Estee Lauder's cosmetics such as Sensuous Intuition & Pleasures. The most famous of her roles is her role as Vanessa Kensington, in the popular spy-films International Man of Mystery (2007) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). Hurley has been modeling and designing the brand's beachwear collection. I Kissed A Girl's mix of sensuality, polished music and an enthralling chorus made to make it a top ten single across a range of countries. That helped her sell more albums including One of the Boys (2007). The sharp and energetic second single also became extremely popular. The album Perry created for herself was a huge success, selling over three million copies in the United States.
